OUR SERVICES
LASER CUTTING
Our laser capability ranges from a thickness of 20 gauge up to ¾-inch thick.
We can laser cut one piece or thousands of pieces, whether steel, aluminum or stainless steel material. Our cutting-edge technology means flawless results. You name it, and we can design it.

OUR SERVICES
WELDING
We have four robotic welders with the capability to work with pieces up to10-foot long by 5-foot wide. Robotic welding allows us to create identical welds for products that are uniform in appearance, and it is more efficient for bigger production runs.
We also have certified welders who are well versed in the time-honored trade and take a custom approach to each job with attention to detail and without any size limitations. Performed using handheld equipment, manual welding offers flexibility and craftsmanship that rivals any machine.

POWDER COATING
Our in-house powder coating system cuts out the middleman as we can fabricate a product from start to finish all under one roof. We provide a flawless, consistent coating in hundreds of colors, as well as different textures and gloss levels. The largest dimensions we can powder coat at one time are 42 inch x 79 inch x 144 inch in our continuous powder coating system. We can cover thousands of pieces with an extensive color selection in a coating that resists chipping, scratching, fading and corroding.
Custom powder coating is not limited to just our parts and products we fabricate. Customers are welcome to trust us to coat their metal possessions.

OUR SERVICES
CNC Tube Bending
We provide smooth bends on our machine to meet exact specifications for your tubing components. We have the capacity to bend up to 20-foot-long pieces, up to 3-inch diameter round or square.
We provide tight-tolerance CNC cutting and bending for steel and aluminum, whether your need square tubing for mowers, round tubing for chair legs, or any other product part.

PRESS BRAKE FORMING
Our state-of-the-art press brake work combines advanced press brake equipment with skilled technicians to deliver consistent, accurate bends—ensuring your parts fit perfectly in the final assembly.
We perform
press brake work on metal materials ranging from 20-gauge to 3/8-inch thickness and can bend parts up to 120 inches long. This precision bending process helps eliminate unnecessary welds and produces smoother, more accurate bends—every time.
